    Visa requirements (Student visa - subclass  500) for Australia


    Giant Consulting and WEST AUSSIE MIGRATION PTY,LTD in Perth and HILLS LEGAL HOUSE in Sydney can explain the visa process for you to make it a little easier.

    Our counsellors have been through the process many times before with students like you, so a few pointers from someone with experience may save you many hours and worries.

    Your counsellor can walk through the student visa application process and the relevant information on the Australian government’s website.(www.homeaffairs.gov.au).

    They can help you prepare the necessary documents for your submission and help you prepare for your visa interview.

    You are required to lodge your application for a visa at least 3 months before the orientation date at your institution.


    You will need the following documents for your student visa application:

    1. Passport

    2. Birth Certificate

    3. COE (Confirmation of Enrollment) from school

    4. Health Insurance (OSHC- Overseas Students Health Cover)

    5. GTE(Genuine Temporary Entrant )

    After deciding Education provider for studying, we will send you GTE from the designated Education provider

    1) Proof of employment: If applicant has job currently, after graduation of final school, he(she) should send pay slip and/or contract sheet, along with resume including the experience record for both job and education during past 5 years.

    2) Qualification: Need transcript and Academic record such as Certificate, Diploma, B.A, M.A for both home country and overseas If studied from overseas such as Australia or other countries, need same record, transcript and academic degree.


    6. Evidence of Financial capacity

    1) Travel cost(round ticket cost)

    2) Yearly living cost: AUD 22,000

    3) Tuition fees: It will vary depending on education provider

    4) OSHC:AUD650/Year
